Warranty support for Jolt-compatible temperature probes and thermometers is handled by the manufacturer (ThermoWorks), not Jolt. This includes:
Thermometers
Temperature probes
Related hardware (e.g., smart thermometers)
You will need to contact ThermoWorks for warranty claims, repair or replacement requests, or defective products. ThermoWorks will confirm eligibility and provide next steps for replacement or repair.
