Calibrating your Zebra printer is essential if you're experiencing issues such as printing off-center labels or blank labels. Follow these steps to align the printer’s sensors and ensure proper label calibration. Pre-Calibrating Alignment
Open the Printer
Locate the yellow sensor that slides horizontally inside the printer.
Align the Sensor
Find the arrow on the sensor.
Locate the faint line and arrow on the grey plastic part of the printer.
Slide the yellow sensor tab so that the arrows are aligned.
Load Labels
Place the labels under the yellow tabs.
Close the printer cover.
The printer will default to PAUSED mode. Press the Pause button on the printer to resume printing.
Calibrate the Printer

Avoid Excess Pressure: Do not press down on the printer lid during operation to prevent uneven pressure and heating.
