Toggling Between Schedule Views in the Jolt Web Portal

Learn how to switch between different schedule views on the Jolt Web Portal. Requires Scheduling Admin, Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin access.

Log in and navigate to Scheduling → Make Schedule.

Click View and choose your Detail Level and Group By options.

Day View: Click on the day of the week above the schedule. Week View: Click Week View at the top left.

Day View options: Day/Role, Day/Role then Person, Day/Person

Week View options: Week/Role, Week/Role then Person, Week/Person

Q: How do I quickly switch between day and week views? Click on the day of the week for Day View; click Week View at the top left to return.

Q: Can I customize detail level and grouping? Yes — choose your preferred Detail Level and Group By options under the View menu.
