Soft reset BZ gateway
Press and hold the power button (located on the side of the gateway).
Keep holding until a white LED illuminates for approximately 5 seconds, then release.
Note: You will need to hold the power button for 20+ seconds!
Monitor the LED activity for the next 30-45 seconds, ensuring you see LED lights and have not powered down the gateway.
Note: This is a hard reset. Please work with the SmartSense Support team before performing.
Shutdown gateway power cycle

Note: This is a hard reset/full shutdown of the gateway. Only proceed with these steps if you wish to do a hard reset.
Press and hold the power button (located on the side of the BZ Gateway).
After 8-12 seconds, a red LED will illuminate.
Relâchez le bouton d'alimentation. Votre passerelle BZ est maintenant hors tension.
Attendez 2 minutes avant de continuer.
Press the power button to turn the BZ Gateway back on.
Surveillez l'activité de la DEL pendant les 30 à 45 secondes suivantes pour confirmer que la passerelle reste allumée.
If everything is functioning as expected, you can proceed with installing your BZ Gateway.
